We are thrilled to announce an important milestone at Dovetail – Amanda Hunter is moving into a Director role, alongside Adrian Field, so that we can grow our impact and value.

Amanda’s appointment marks a natural and also an important stage in the growth of Dovetail. Since joining Dovetail, Amanda has had a significant impact, driving high-quality, actionable research and evaluations that our clients trust and value. Her expertise in the NGO sector, strategic mindset, and strong client relationships make her an integral addition to our leadership team.
Reflecting on Amanda’s new role, Adrian shared:

This change also reflects Adrian’s transition into the role of Managing Director, shifting focus toward Dovetail’s ongoing development. Together, Adrian and Amanda form a dynamic leadership team to explore new opportunities, innovate our services and offerings, and bring positive outcomes for our clients and communities.
Amanda, looking ahead to her role as Co-Director, shared:
